What is the issue you’re having?
I am trying to get the email or username of what current Rockstar account I am signed into, I do not want to have to buy another GTA copy and potentially lose all my progress on all servers, as I am planning on getting a new PC and that includes new hard drives so I will have to reinstall everything. Please I really do not want to lose anything here

But you are asking about your “Rockstar” account you are currently signed into which has nothing to do with FiveM… Open social club and see if it tells you which account you are signed into otherwise contact rockstar.
The ‘Settings’ page in the FiveM main menu should be displaying this:
If this doesn’t show any R* account, it’s likely the case you were automatically linked via a Steam account before we started storing linked R* accounts for Steam licenses.
