103682 and 103938 is

found the door it is a frame and not a door xm_prop_x17_l_door_frame_01

I had the same problem with this building but i found it in the YTYP from the stairs and the name is ‘xm_Prop_IAA_BASE_Door_01’ I hope this works for you!
