i have FXServer is not responding. (HB Failed) [txAdmin:Monitor] Still waiting for the first HeartBeat. Process started 300s ago.

i need to increase the duration for run my server with fxserver because me server have too much mod.

Are you running on Windows and do you by chance have Microsoft Defender Antivirus installed/enabled?

Try disabling it if so.

was stuck in HB failed cycle, stopped the second i turned off defender. Thanks! Good solution!

Awesome fix thank you so much instantly stopped the problem
