How to create a server and how to host it

I want to host a server and need a fex directions of how to host a Swedish server. I need to learn commands and but in mods and to create jobs and so on… Anyone who can help me or give me direction of where i can learn it?

First of all, take a look at the wiki https://wiki.fivem.net/wiki/Running_FXServer on how to setup a regular FiveM server. Then take a look around the forum to find resources to add to your server and go to the tutorials sections to get started creating your own resources.
