How to change emotes placement?

Hi,

I m trying to create some emotes for my server and I wanted to know if there is a way to correct some issues like flying. I have some problem with the emotes of the story mode. Can someone explain me what I have to put in the line of the emote to be on the ground ?

(for MP freemode model, not ped)
