Which servertype? (New FX or old CFX?)
Your server? If not do you have access and permission to edit it?

Ig new fx and your server: go to server.cfg and add your steam ID under admin section. (Note you can change steam:xxxxxxxx… to ip:xx.xx.xx.xx
