Hi everyone, i want know hw to ban some permanent, ban by IP or SteamID is useless, because he can change their IP or create another steam accunt … How i can ban by Rockstar License or doesnt allow steam account creater less 3 months ?
People can use VPN and SteamID infintly …

You’d have to probably IP ban them. Playing FiveM with a VPN is very difficult, unless you start paying for a VPN as it’s a heavy take on data.
