How to allowe GCPhone through firewall

I’m not a server developer, but I have this issue, every time I open my phone on this one server, my game freezes, it’s only for me, and neither I nor server owner know why. he told me to allow GCPhone mod through my firewall but I don’t know how I can do that, please help!

Edit: it all started after I downloaded this: [Release] FiveM for Low End PC"s (2.0)
