I saw an ESX base server that had a shortcut key (PageUP), that character did this animation, showing his name and other information, does anyone know how to do it?

Well you would first have to write some functions that tped that player to the exact location where that picture is at. Aswell as making the ped play an animation. Seems pretty simple in the far run. But i think you can script it!
