How to add a .sql for my server to the database?

Hi,

I am stuck on how to exacly add a .SQL to the database for my fiveM server. it says to add it but not where or how?

My OS is Windows 10 Pro, latest update. Im using MySQL through PHPmyAdmin on through the browser.

Ah you already create Database, can give more information about that?
as like his server.cfg

Install Heidi SQL on your computer then load the sql file in the Heidi SQL and Execute sql by pressing F9.
