How to add a server sided custom horn?

Is there a way to stream a custom horn sound that is server sided that everyone can hear? I cannot find any info on it.

As far as I know, no, this is not possible.

it’s possible this would work but then you would have to add an entry in the carcols.meta for the specific modkit you want to add the horn to and assign that modkit in the carvariation for the specific car
