If I’m not mistaken, the server list on the right is the “top” server - most upvotes, best player counts, and your server will be there, at least that’s how I perceive it. I do think a staff member should give some clear outline of what’s needed to get there, though.
The right server list are pinned servers, these are unique non-rp servers chosen by staff, if you think your server is an unique gamemode which has to be pinned send an email to support@fivem.net describing your server.
