A player on my Server want to play on the same PC like her friend. But the Account are looked to her friend.
How I can change the ID from this Player?
You cant change the Hardware-ID (HWID) easily. There are guides on the internet on how to change them, but we are talking about methods that cheaters/hackers use. These are not acceptable and especially in these sections of the Internet you should stay away.
In your case, I would say the player was just unlucky. It is the fault of the friend, although I also have my doubts here whether the story is true. Sounds like a very very very bad excuse.

Yes I know an dunderstand i think it must be possible to change it on the server but i dont know wehre the data are safed.

If you’re referring to the case where the player gets the same account information on a server as another player, this is not related to any ‘hardware ID’, and trying any tools to change a hardware ID, outside of not solving the issue, will actually risk a ban - it’s actually the Social Club account ID as stored in the license: or license2: identifier.
In this case, you should tell the player to make a different Windows account on the PC they’re using and log in with their own Rockstar account there when launching FiveM. Alternately, one can delete the %localappdata%\digitalentitlements folder to trigger the login screen on FiveM again.
