I was wondering if you had any information on how the global ban works. Having been surprised yesterday to find myself banned from cfx.re when I have never connected to another server than mine to develop it: / I have never cheated or used a specific application in this sense I do not not understand what action I did that caused this ban.
That said I just developed a launcher ( https://www.gloriousrp.fr/GloriousRP_Launcher.exe ) for my server so maybe I have executed “too many” requests to the fivem servers? (1/15sec).
Being the only developer of my server I am quite annoyed. Not so much not being able to join my server for another 13 days, but especially not knowing what action I took that caused this ban! So I’m afraid it will happen to me again… : /

After more than 24 hours of ban I continue my reflections, I saw that someone had spoken of vanguard, except I installed worthwhile 10 days ago … is there a link?
Otherwise my social club account uses double authentication. Rest Steam and Fivem, is there any way to know which identifiers have been banned? And as long as the reason for a ban?
I am experiencing the same issue, a significant amount of players connecting to the server have received a global ban (including myself) while not doing anything malicious.
The only thing we were running that would hook into FiveM would have been screenshot-basic to render the clients screen. It stopped working prior to us installing it and within a few days it was patched and working again. Currently the best working theory I have is that it may have been potentially patched without anti-cheat consideration as the only thing server-side the players have in common is they were all screenshotted via web panel.
Yes bit my server is under linux so screenshot-basic but it never really worked … seriously if I ban myself for something that never worked ><
Anyway, I feel like I will never have an answer. My server is dying, people from my staff are going out of spite, and I look at this post 10 times a day hoping for answers but I think I will give up. Considering the consideration of fivem and the reactivity … and without any guarantee that I would not be banned again without reason. I just feel like I’m wasting my time and my money. Huge disappointment.
To believe that nobody knows how the global ban system works.
No documentation on the subject regarding its operation, no response from anyone who does not know how it works.
And in the end, free bans for everyone …?
Another week to wait to be able to resume dev …
But to take a ban for no reason is just abused…
To say that at the beginning I found it not bad that fivem took in hand the protection of serious players / servers with this system… I did not think in pay for free !!
