How do I verify my key with Patreon?

I’ve searched everywhere for this, so sorry if the information is out there.

I’ve paid for my Patreon sub and need to verify the key so I can up the server limit and enable OneSync. How do I do this?

OK I think I have worked it out. I think the issue is that I’ve used a different email address for Patreon and this forum. If I change my email to match it should work? Can someone confirm that?

You haven’t claimed the Patreon in here. If u had Patreon claimed you’ll have a badge beside your logo. I don’t know how i can claim it :frowning:

Are your email addresses the same? I’m am updating mine atm but the reset email hasn’t arrived.

[EDIT] OK my email addresses now match but still no joy.

:frowning: We may just need to wait a while now not sure. Once we’ve completed this process I may create a tutorial because there doesn’t seem to be much info about this process anywhere.

You need the same email on patron that you have on here. Once done and once you have pledged you have to wait for the sync to happen. I’m not sure when the sync actually happens but I believe it’s within 24 hours or less.

EDIT: @Crutchie Oh wait, you said once you’ve pledged, what does that mean and where can I find information about it?

Pledges on patreon are the subscriptions or packages on there. If you have subscribed them you just need to wait for the sync as long as the emails are the same on patreon and here
