How do I set up game version in .bat file for FiveM?

I want to start up game with version 2944 all the time in developer mode. However when I do +set moo 31337 it loses because when I join server it says I need to change to version 2944 so ti restarts in production mode instead of developer mode.
So I either need to add in my bat file to start in 2944 or somehow make game always start in developer mode even after server restarts game.

TLDR what command to write to .bat file to make game start in 2944 build?

Hey, thank you for reply! But I wanted to know how to change game build for client, not server.
I found how to: -b2944 as a setting for starting FiveM.exe via .bat file.
