This isn’t really a FiveM issue, if you have any issues your best to contact Zap Hosting themselves.

Either way, what you need to do is go to your Zap Hosting dashboard and press the long black box as shown below.

Then you will see your server console, where you going to want to type
restart <your script>
and if you didn’t realise, yes you have to replace with your script name.
