How do I implement a custom skin I've created into a Server?

Hey, I’ve been trying to get this to work for some time now and I was wondering how do I implement an ELS Car Skin that I customized into a FiveM Server? And where do I find most of the non-edited Texture Templates that I can customize myself? I’ve only found 1 un-edited texture and that was for a CVPI.

I know that I use OpneIV, but whenever I’m done editing and customizing it to my liking, what do I do to put it into the Resources Folder of my FiveM Server so it’s Server sided?
