I’ve been trying to figure out how to get rid of these blues circles at clothing shops as I have my own new clothing shop. Nothing I do seems to work!

The Blue circles at clothing shops are there because you are running a resource which is placing them there. All you have to do is either stop/remove those resources or manually edit the code and remove the lines that are used to create the circle/marker.
If you can supply some more background information, such as what framework you’re using, then perhaps I could provide further support to you regarding the matter.
