Its german, but how do i set these?

and if you already read this, i keep seeing more and more server that put this in the description:

You can set these right text convars via the native SetConvarServerInfo (SetConvarServerInfo - FiveM Natives @ Cfx.re Docs) OR via CFG sets Regelwerk "YOUR LINK TO YOUR REGELWERK".

Do not know anything about that it is now important to write in, I think some servers hope thereby to protect themselves, where you have to ask here but also from what? I mean the disclamer here will not protect the servers from consequences in the event of a rule violation.
