I have tried EVERYTHING from looking at the FXServer wiki to watching youtube videos on how to fully set up a FiveM server on Zap-hosting’s VPS i bought. I have sent multiple tickets to them and all they say back is that we support the VPS not whats in it. I have a Windows OS 2016 Server.
This is the message i sent them asking for help.
Me : Your guys VPS seems to work different than any other i have used. There is no way for me to learn because you don’t have a knowledgebase post.
Zap-hosting: I can’t tell you anything, you’re the administrator of the VPS, I can’t do anything, you’re responsible for everything that runs on the VPS at that moment.
Except that no??? Unless you have a “managed” vps plan, they are not responsible for anything apart from keeping your vps up and reachable from the internet???
@Triggered why you want a VPS from us instead of a preconfigured FiveM Gameserver with a nice control panel, where you can install Dunko VRP or ESX with only some clicks instead? If you want, I can switch the VPS to a FiveM server. Let me know your customer ID or username by PM.
The OS on your Windows VPS is Windows 2016. It works the same as any other Windows VPS with 2016 from any other provider
