.DDS Files are picture or am i wrong? if so.
u need to make a ytd file in openiv.
right click and it should say NEW go on it and it should say texture dictionary than u put all your textures in there.
Ytd file cant be over 16mb for fivem

Create a folder inside your mods folder. and dont forget to turn edit mode on
