I installed some chp cars and one of them does a barell roll when I take a turn even at low speeds. Would that be the handling line?

That would be the handling line. It deals with the speed, turning, and anything related to the vehicle movement.

Did it come with a handling file to install?

Yes but I think the handling Id was like Police2 or something like that

Sorry for the late ass response, anyway, just navigate to wherever the Police2 handling line is, and use that. Copy and paste it with the proper heading and such and yea.
