I downloaded this mod: 2017 Koenigsegg Agera RS [Add-On | Tuning] - GTA5-Mods.com
Somehow this is what it looks like for me

But WAIT. Apparently someone like Elanip got it to work?

It’s probably due to the size of the texture,
try changing the texture to 1024x1024, it should work

Make sure that the .ytd file is not larger than 16mb, otherwise the vehicles will have textures bugs
