How Can We Solve FPS Drop - This is weird

Hey guys.I need help.
We have a server with 150 active players. I will publish my server resmon , details and resources.
In normal game streaming, the fps is fine. We are experiencing instant fps problems per minute regardless of the crowd. We think it’s from the outfits, addon cars and mlos.

*** Our MLO package is gabz mlos.**
*** Our addon car package is 3.30 GB**
*** Our clothe pack is 10.8 GB**
*** 18GB Ram - 20 CPU.**

I care about your advice. Do you think this problem may be caused by our clothes and vehicles or is it from resources ?

I suggest you to reduce if not control every resource, and the scripts, delete that are not needed, and optimize those that has higher ms in the resource monitor.
Update to the latest server artifact and to the latest esx/qb or what you are using.
