So I found a Swedish EUP which has “mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_polis” instead of like “mp_m_freemode_01” and it does not replace normal clothes so any idea how I can make something similar?

look into gtautils, You can use it to convert replace items to addon items. Hope that helps.
is there an easier way? I am not that good with gtautil and I don’t know anything about it.
