use fivem.ipl not bob74ipl
the fivem.ipl loader opens up just about ever enterable building in your server its an uptodate but way better version of the bob73.ipl

i tried it but the door is still not opening i added mythic hospital its door are showing opening but the main game door is not opening how can i solve it
you need to stop the bob74.ipl from loading dont remove just stop it
#start bob74_ipl
start fivem-ipl
that how it should be in the cfg that how mine is and it works perfectly. have you had a server restart after placing the ipl in?

yeah im looking at the same problem and i’ve done what is said above
If your using bob74_ipl go ahead and delete the line for pillbox hospital. I did so and it works fine.

Remove [defaultmaps] → hospital!

Just open client.lua bob_74 ipl and search pillbox and set it to false
