How can I open closed doors?

I spend a lot of time researching how I can eliminate that type of door, and add one that opens.
Anybody can help me?

Is that even a door and not a texture on wall?

most likely a texture, if you want to somehow enter that, you have to get/build custom interior for it.

Like @DiizeQT said above he has to probably edit in codewalker or something and place a door there

for it
