How can I change FiveM language?

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Social Club
Windows version? 10 Pro
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes
Error screenshot (if any) No error. Different issue.
System specifications Ram: 8 GB - CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 3.10Ghz - GPU: Radeon Rx 570 Series.
What did you do to get this issue? Not a server dependable issue, I believe, but it happened everywhere, I guess.
What server did you get this issue on? All.
CitizenFX.log file I didn’t find it.
.dmp files/report IDs I didn’t found it.

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

I can’t change the language of the game. It is in Italian or Portuguese. I have to change the language of the GTAV to my language but the language of fivem does not change. I have tried to change to another language, using the GTAV Language Switcher but it is not changed.
