Housing, Shared housing, furniture script

Hi, I am looking for a script which has houses which spawn empty interiors when entered and keys can be given to other players to promote the choice of shared housing. With it being empty I have seen a furniture script also which allows you to put furniture in the house but I can not find it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I belive its called Loaf_housing or MF_housing or All housing

also its a paid script its from mod-it store website
i belive its like 50 usd for the housing and 40 or 45 for the furni script (furni is the furniture script)
