Zap hosting is the only allowed game service provider. You are not allowed to be a fivem GSP.

Then I answered your question the first time. ONLY Zap Hosting is allowed to do so. So, there is no requesting permission, and there is no requirements because it doesn’t exist. If you “read well” in the ToS you would know this.

No, you can’t sell any servers advertised as ‘suitable for FiveM’ or having FXServer preinstalled.
