While Win7 is supported… It’s highly recommended you use either Win 8.1 or 10. Also, frame rate issues vary from server to server. Therefore, if you play on a server with a lot of shitty resources and car mods, you’re going to have more frame loss.

Try playing on one of the pinned servers (at the top of the server list highlighted in green).
