What is this warning?

I have this alot in my server logs…

It’s normal. Nothing to worry about I get it too. I am pretty sure everyone does.

Its frame lag on the server. This can (will) cause desync/disconnections. If its just 1 or 2 here and there, it should be ok (as long as it is small times), but if you get longer times or they are frequent, there is some issue with the script (or poor performance of the host machine) that is causing the server to lag.

I had this problem too, solved it by ordering better VPS
