Hydex Developments is a small, fast-moving team that focuses on custom server content. We’re now looking for an experienced MLO developer to join our roster for regular, project-based work.

What you’ll do

  • Build or convert high-quality MLOs for our servers (expect 1–2 projects every month)
  • Collaborate with our team to refine ideas, milestones and revisions
  • Deliver clean, optimized, ready-to-use assets on time

Requirements

  • 6 + months of hands-on MLO experience
  • Portfolio or showcase link – we need to see what you’ve shipped
  • Working microphone & fluent spoken English (voice calls are a must)
  • Reliability and clear communication; we run on quick turn-arounds

Pay & workflow

  • Paid per project – quote your price and timeline up front
  • Fast payment on final delivery & approval
  • Repeat work available if we vibe (we have a steady pipeline)
