Gridline Roleplay is a Serious Roleplay FiveM server currently in active development and preparation for launch. We are seeking qualified, mature, and professional individuals to join our leadership and staff team as we finalize systems and grow our community correctly — not rushed, not casual.
We are not a public-spam RP server. We are building a structured, realistic, long-term RP environment with strict standards and accountability.

Community Manager (Primary Need)
We are looking for one dedicated Community Manager to oversee growth, outreach, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Drive organic server growth (Discord, FiveM listings, partnerships)
Maintain a professional public image for Gridline Roleplay
Coordinate announcements, onboarding, and retention
Act as a liaison between leadership and the community
Enforce culture standards (serious RP only)
Requirements:
Prior experience managing a FiveM or RP community (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Understanding of Serious RP culture
Professional, mature, and reliable
Not seeking authority for power — seeking responsibility
Staff Positions (Selective)
We are also recruiting foundational staff members to assist with moderation and operations.
