HCRP is one of the best F1 menu based servers out there. Constant patrols of 35 + ppl every night, friendly staff, friendly directors who take every suggestion into consideration, 2 great LEO depts (with another in the works 
), Fire / ems, custom cars for each civ rank, and so much more! come check them out!

As the LT. Col for FHP. it took me awhile to find a good server and i must say this server is family. everyone is fun and friendly. the Best server out there!
