I didnāt know what I was getting myself into when I joined this server. It was my 2nd or 3rd FiveM server ever, and I was completely lost and clueless, but the community quickly took me in, & now this is my second home. There are plenty of satisfying whitelist jobs available, RP opportunities, and interesting activities to do in the city. The people here are fun, creative, and welcoming. Iād like to especially note that since I started in this server 7 months ago, Iāve seen a huge push for improvements and development in the last couple of months, which is super exciting and refreshing, and I canāt wait to stick around and see what more Jarrrk and the Highlife team have to offer. I love this place so much <3

Great server, have only been around about 8 months but have already clocked well over 1700 hours.
Coming from an ARMA3 background, this was the first FiveM RP server I found and never went elsewhere which I think speaks volumes about the playability and community surrounding Highlife. I would recommend the server to anyone looking to get started on FiveM RP.
The only negative criticism I would have is regarding the promotion of staff and helpers to their relevant positions. Thereās been a massive increase in new players recently and it feels like there simply arenāt enough staff to deal with it at times.
I appreciate that staff have lives outside of the game but there are a number of helpers who seem to do very little in the way of helping new players and itās seen as more of a āstatusā thing, on the flipside of course there are also a number of very good helpers/staff.
I think more thought needs to be put into who is given helper/moderator roles in the community as i feel that players who are extremely active get overlooked in favour of people who are perhaps more well-known names in the community but are a lot less active. Itās unfair to the staff who actually pitch in and do their jobs as they have to spend more of their time dealing with issues whilst some just donāt do much of anything.
Hopefully with the addition of a new community manager things will start to improve on this front.

I do agree, as does the rest of the team that we require more staff members to meet the demand, hence the three new additions in this week alone, to note, weāre not stopping there

I wanted to come on here to show my appreciation to a few people for taking time out of their day to assist me with some troubleshooting Iāve had recently! Iāve been apart of Highlife on and off since about August of 2019. No matter how many breaks from the game I take, this is the only city I will ever return to. Cough, thank you for the cat ears, cough.
I took a two month hiatus from FiveM and recently returned this week, full of excitement to experience the new content Highlife had to offer, but I fell victim to a weird connecting issue that wouldnāt allow my character to fully spawn in. Ryan-YellowKraft aka Onslaught, as well as Daz and Jarrk have been tremendously helpful and swiftly fixed my issue in a matter of days. I am not really tech savvy, so the fact that they all took the time out of their day to basically hold my little hand and walk me into fixing my FiveM issue was really really appreciated and didnāt go unnoticed.
Even back when I had first joined Highlife, I was having an OOC-related issue in regards to a certain individual with DDOSing and stalking behavior, and the entire team worked hard at keeping me safe, valuing the cities morals and integrity. Itās what sold me to this city from day one.
I will forever be grateful to this city for the memories it has allowed me to create, and the community and friendship Iāve amassed since day one. I hope to provide the same support in this city that this community has shown me, and hopefully make someone elseās day a little bit better! =^.^=

People get away with horrible RP too often, too many staff situations and too much OOC for it to be enjoyable anymore.
I hope the White-listed server will have more to offer when it arrives.

I have been playing on this server since 2018 its a really good server and the only server iv actually stuck around in any other server I find either has very shit rp or a really shitty staff team 9.5/10 server

Good community overall but obsolete features.
There is one person working on literally everything, means major and quality updates come once in a blue moon. This server feels like is so far behind compared to others. Clothing menu, clothes themselves, character creation menu, inventory system. Everything. So old.
A server that big should not have one guy working on it. It needs more manpower. If not for whatever reasons then itās expected to be very slow with updates and whatnot. Highlife is one of them.
anyone know if this place uses lore friendly cars the reason I ask is I have been to a lot of communities and my biggest problem with them is they are soo huge that it takes a lot out of my pc to stay on typically when I am on one of those servers I can only be on for about 2 hours even at the lowest of low settings because around or after 2 hours 1. textures start to get blurry 2. textures and solid objects start to disappear 3. any attempt to leave the area you are standing in will be met with you falling through the map and eithe A. die or B. wined up is somewhere other that where you are, for example at first you were in legion square in ls now you are on mount chilliadeā¦

We have a team of community members actively āoptimizingā textures and models to make sure they meet the expected standards. Weāre aware of this ātexture lossā phenomenom and hate it just as much as you do.

- Today we added The Diamond Casino & Resort DLC. With this comes the addition of new clothing, new vehicles (soon) and of course, blackjack! We will be looking at adding some of the additional games over the next week or so.
