Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Over the past few days, I have been getting very high amounts of lag and texture loss, in game and on the FiveM menu. I believe this is down to high CPU usage however when I tried to change the priority of FiveM, it would just close and now gives me the error above.
I’ve only had this issue for the past few days, even though I’ve had FiveM for around a year. Any help would be appreciated!

Is this across multiple servers? Are you using any texture mods?
Have you attempted to run a local server on your own system with Zero resources to see if you get the same issue so we can see what is causing the issue.
have you tried any other video games too to see if its your HD usage itself?
The nature of these test will then pin point it to the client itself (possibly)
