Not sure where to post a review but here it goes:
Just flew into the city about 2-3 weeks ago. First impression… I really enjoyed it. A lot of things to do and explore. The car options are amazing. What turned me off from this server were:
-People hanging around the pig area having a party blasting music so that you’re unable to hear anything unless you’re in “streamermode”

• Cops here are a joke . You can literally kill someone in front of a cop and if they’re cool with the parties they’ll let it slide.
  -Gangs and cops messing around in front of pill box either shooting or fighting eachother even though its labeled a “green zone”
  -Car Mechanics don’t even want to do their job they’re always asking you to go to self serve (LSC, Harmony or Paleto Mechanic shop) and pick what you want and then come back to them and they’ll put it on for you. Instead of doing their job they’d rather be partying with their friends as well bumping music.
  -Crims post sales/buying posts of illegal items on yellow pages or on twitter.
  -Some of the people here don’t even try to RP.
  I really tried to stay in the city and ignoring things and trying to correct a players behavior (in character) but something else always comes up. The city definitely has potential but If you’re looking for a serious RP server this definitely isn’t it.

I appreciate your feedback, interesting username choice as well!
I do want to mention that the city is meant for those learning how to roleplay and is in no way advertised as a serious roleplaying server. It is advertised as a “New Player Friendly” community via tags, the title above, and various announcements. We are very transparent about this and this has not changed for the last 2-years in which this community has been founded.

Concerns & My Response

• People like to enjoy themselves in various ways, we offer the option to disable music to avoid headaches, and there are also various ways to lower the volume of the output as well. Plus, if it’s spammy, you can always report it to the administrative team.

“Cops here are a joke. You can literally kill someone in front of a cop and if they’re cool with the parties they’ll let it slide.”

• We are always working hard to better our departments and I will agree that this should not be happening, if it does, it needs to be reported properly. However, I do want to mention in certain scenarios such as gang vs. gang violence if our police units are outnumbered they are trained to collect evidence and provide medical aid. Once the scene is cleared, they open an active investigation which will pursue the opposing suspects from the situation.

• As stated previously, unfortunately, measures like this, if they are not reported properly, they cannot be dealt with accordingly. However, I will be making sure any sort of unprofessional activity is enforced as these violate our rules. On another note, we have no labeled “green zones” in our city, everything is classified as a “Neutral Zone” which is vastly different.

• Unfortunately, due to limitations, the menu they use is a lot slower than the self-served menu which hinders their ability to see certain cosmetics. They are typically very good at explaining this and the issue is entirely out of their control. Also, businesses are supposed to be a fun and relaxed area, music is permitted and often friends are near, but for the most part, the job is done, if you feel like they are slacking take it up with a manager or ownership of the business.

• I will chime back to this statement that the city is advertised to a new player (learning) environment, however, we do agree that criminals should not be doing this but they are also incriminating themselves for open investigations (which do happen).

• With the city/community being opened to the public and rapidly growing, issues do arise, but back to what I said in my previous responses, the city is advertised as a new player environment for those to learn how to roleplay.

I appreciate you trying the city out and if you return I hope your experience is much better than before. More experienced individuals are commended on their efforts to teach newer individuals, as we were all there at some point!

This is a fail-safe to prevent individuals from loading in and scuffing within their apartment causing a force relog scenario.

Hidden 3.0
It is my pleasure to announce that the time is close! After many long hours of left and right development, I have completed the update! This update is not your typical update. Instead, Hidden Roleplay will be shifting gears into a completely new server!

This is a fresh start and the road ahead is filled with nothing but opportunities. Get together with your friends and get ready to make a name for yourselves! Now is the time to shine! Break through the gates of the newly formed city and start your journey from the get-go!

Hidden 3.0 is built on a completely different framework and UI style. The main focus point of this remodel was prioritizing and delivering a well-optimized smooth playing experience as well as maintaining security, and fairness across the board. Hidden 3.0 has greatly improved in many aspects in which 2.0 lacked. There are a variety of newly made improvements and added features. Some highlighted features: improved skill systems, a new exclusive job, metal detecting, recycling overhaul, UI system rework, money washing overhaul, boosting overhaul, vehicle classing system, and much more that I cannot spoil!

Out with the old and in with the new…
With the server being built from the ground up once again, you may notice some missing features that we once had. If you would like a missing feature added back, please suggest it via the #┃suggest-here channel. Features will only come back if deemed appropriate for the new image Hidden 3.0 seeks.

Bug Reporting
With Hidden being built completely from scratch once again, there will be issues that passed over during testing. The best source of testing is by having the community play through it. With that being said, this is a BETA release. If any issue arises, please report it immediately with as much information as possible via the #┃bug-reports channel.

Future Development
Starting fresh once again gives me endless possibilities as well as ideas to explore and make a reality. I will have a lot to develop and provide throughout this journey. If you have a neat idea or concept throw it in the suggestions channel. I will be taking feedback/suggestions left and right to continually improve our community. I already have some juicy updates planned!

Contributors
If you have purchased a rank package within the last two months. Please open a development ticket with your transaction ID as well as the package name. I will grant you a certain amount of EDM vehicles within the new rotation. This amount will vary depending on your package. This will be given as a thank you and a welcoming gift for supporting us. CLAIM DEADLINE (Jan. 1st, 2024).

Emergency Personnel
There recently has been a mass emergency service wipe. This update was the root cause of this. Those who remain are still employed. However, ranks will change. All current employees have one week from launch day to be active. Failure to do so will result in a dismissal from emergency services. An announcement will soon be posted regarding more information in your respective channels.

Business Owners & Group Members
Shortly after this announcement is posted, I will inform every one of you in your respective announcement channels of what will happen and what to expect going forward.

NOTE: I want to make this known, a lot of backend work was done. The front end (things you will see) will appear similar and or the same to what you’re used to prior. This does NOT mean nothing has changed. Scripts, models, etc. were all redone on the new framework aimed for optimization.

I am very excited to see new and old faces come together. A lot of hard work and dedication went into this remodel. I hope you all enjoy it!

Bug Fixes, New Additions, Balances, and More!

Server
• Updated to the latest FiveM artifacts.
• Optimized several assets to prioritize user experience and increase optimal performance.

City
• Implemented “V-Points” Currency
- Usable Virtual Currency that can be purchased via the store or obtained in city.
- V-Points can be used to purchase WHEEL TOKENS and EDM Vehicles, more soon to come.
• Economy adjustments have been made.
• Tweaked fuel consumption for all vehicle classes.
• Implemented “stacking” items with degrading values. Yes, you can now stack items that have degrading bars on them!
- This adds an exception of 10% of the maximum degrading value. It will always default to the lower value of the two.
• Train Cargo Heist has been added.
- The ability to fight off NPCs and raid valuable cargo from a train.
• The Humane Labs Heist has been reimplemented as well as revamped!
- Pipes will no longer cause rag dolling/damage.
- Molotov’s will automatically be removed when entering the zone.
• The Documents Heist has been reimplemented as well as revamped!
- Gang vs. Gang w/ PD Response.
- NPCs will sync properly.
- Crates have set timers.

• Implemented the “Red Twisted Lollipop” which can be given by EMS/Fire to give the recipient a small health/hunger/thirst boost.

- This will still account for weight, however, it will clear up inventory space keeping you more organized.
• Vehicle trunk items such as jerry cans will now have fuel in them.
• Balanced Emergency Helicopters in regards to fuel consumption.
• Added x2 V.I.P.E.R. Units for Law Enforcement.
• Added a pickup truck for EMS/Fire as well as Law Enforcement.

- Relics are collectable items which can be utilized for player-to-player trading or traded-in for exclusive rewards.
- Relics will be classed as the following: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Mythical, and Legendary.
- The more rare your collected relic is, the better loot/value can be obtained from it.
• Added The Relic Book
- This book will be used to store collected Relics. Picture it as a scrapbook for your valuable virtual goods.
• Updated V-Points
- Now supports multiple V-Point/Package purchases.
- Added the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Package V-Points redeem option.
- Fixed 250 V-Points from not being able to be redeemed.
• Re-worked Wallets
- Can no longer be stolen by players. ← This was always intended but was brought to my intention it was able to be done.
- Only a maximum of $10,000 can be kept within your wallet, if your amount exceeds this value you will be forced to visit a bank.

- Economy adjustments have been made. Increases/decreases.

Quality of Life Changes, Additions, Bug Fixes, and More!

HOUSING
• Housing has made its way to the city.
- Decorate outside, front yard, and backyard.
- In-depth Gizmo & Freecam placement for accurate placements.
- Rent & Mortgages system has been introduced.
- Tons of new housing shells.
I will have to add houses manually, so keep an eye out on the map for housing. I will try adding them as fast as possible. I will also have to add furniture manually, please be patient!

City
• Re-worked & balanced all weapons for a fair playing level.
• Fixed slow UI issues regarding any sort of skill check. E.g. (Hotwiring, Store Robberies, Mining, etc.)
• Re-balanced the Maze Bank Robbery to make it more worthwhile.
• Legion Square has been de-winterized.
• Added a tutorial slide show for new players upon character creation.
• Added 3D Audio Effects.
- This will add reverb, echo, and two sub-mixes (Radio’s & Phone Calls) adding extra flavor to voice interactions.
• Alcohol will now reduce stress, make individuals smell like alcohol, and the effects of alcohol will now work making individuals “drunk”.
• Players will now have “evidence statuses” attached to them after drug, alcohol, gunshot use, etc.
• Platinum Package holders will now have an increased character slot limit of 8 total characters.
• House Robbery Crashing Issue (AKA Southside CRASH) has been fixed. They have returned.
• Wheel Standing Values will now save and apply to your vehicle upon taking it out.
• Vehicle properties now will be set properly. This has been fixed.
• Added handcuff breaking.
• Changed an Oxy Run Pickup location.
• Fixed Hotwiring Vehicle Issues coming from Garages.
• Delayed spawning vehicle issue may have been fixed, I will need to continue to monitor this.
• PDM/Boat Shop vehicles spawning needing hotwired may have been fixed, I will need to continue to monitor this.
• Fixed muscle category.

Whitelisted Groups
• The Ballas have received their hideout.
• The Los Santos Cartel has received their hideout.
• The Sacrimoni Crime Family has been accepted as a Probationary Group.

Player Owned Businesses
• All on-duty business employees will now receive receipts per-employee sale.
- This will reward employees who are actively working together.
- Fixed an issue where businesses received other businesses’ receipts upon sales.

Emergency Services
• NEW In-depth realistic radio system.
- The radio is 95% based on realism.
- Radio towers will increase clearer comms. in and out.
- Further distances will affect radio traffic.

Police
• Updated police sirens.
• Added back /pdalert and /signal100.
• Added vehicles to appropriate rankings.
• Added clothing outlets to Sandy PD and the Game Warden Station.
• Checking individuals’ statuses via the radial menu will now display if they are intoxicated, stoned, or have used other drugs.
• Added a new item called the DNA Testing Kit.
• Added a new item called the Breathalyzer utilizing this item can determine an individual’s BAC (Blood Alcohol Content Level).
• The Duty & D&P Pistol will now have the proper caliber attached to their metadata which will injure suspects accordingly.
• Reworked handling lines for the 2018 Bravado Buffalo STX, 2018 Bravado Hellfire, 2018 Vapid Dominator GTX, and the 2020 Vapid Scout handling line.
- Improved overall traction.
- Improved top-end performance.

EMS/Fire
• Fixed Engine 69’s Lighting Pattern.
• Added pay-per-medical aid system.
