Performance & Stability, Quality of Life additions, and Bug Fixes.
Server
• Retro Night vehicle textures have been slammed.
• Other vehicle textures have been slammed.
- By now you should notice fewer headaches throughout the city.
- Your performance should be pretty good and smooth. However, occasional hiccups are expected with these types of cities.City
• Twitter has been fixed.
• Equipping armor animation fixed.
• Random damage produced from garages and impounds has been fixed.
• The ability to customize your vehicle when no mechanics are in service has been introduced.
- When a mechanic is in service you can only repair and respray your vehicle, all other upgrades must be done via the in-service mechanic.
- Prices are cheaper for mechanics in service, so utilize that.
- Pricing increases when mechanics are out of service, to promote player-owned businesses.
- Random freezing and menu crashes have been fixed via the customization menu.
• /shuff command has been fixed and can be used while in the passenger seat of a vehicle if a driver is not present.
• Added “Flip Vehicle” to the third eye (ALT Muscle) when looking at a vehicle.
• Tsunami sound effects changed. Lowered volume and changed alert timings.
• A new business has opened. It is the White Widow | Weed Shop, located at postal 583.

• Continuous resource optimization.
• Server-sided vehicle spawning.
- This will help with job locations not loading vehicles and reduce stress on the client end.
• We added /fps which can improve your performance with little visual changes.City

• The max jail sentence has increased from 30 to 60 minutes.
• With the jail sentence increase, you may now do the electrical job within Prison to lower your time down more.
• With the jail sentence increase, fines have decreased.
• Added “QUICK TIPS” to PDM.
• Tweaked PDM vehicle pricing.
• Financing is much cheaper. You now have 16 payments which will make your car payment lower.
- Everyone has been updated automatically to 16 payments which should lower your car payment dramatically.
- Individuals that have purchased a vehicle before the financing system, you will remain at 24 payments or whatever you’re currently at.
• /carry has been fixed and tweaked.
• Added /gm command for alternate weapon aiming styles.
• Mechanic shops will now take money from the society fund instead of your wallet.

Rule Changes/Updates
• New Rule: Businesses are now considered neutral zones. You can find more on neutral zones via our server rules channel in Discord.
• New Rule: You should wait at least 3 minutes for EMS to respond to your call before transporting anyone to the hospital.
• PD Rule: You must wait 3 minutes for a tow unit to respond to your call before impounding/depot vehicles.
• Rule Reiteration: NVL applies to civilians being held by police at gunpoint. Acting in ways that would get you shot by the police while held at gunpoint in a position of power is considered NVL.
• New Rule: Interfering in scenes in which you have no involvement is not acceptable.
If you are on a scene and have a friend you’re running with, split, and call them back, then later they come to get you then that’s not allowed.Server

Introducing the all-new ticket system.I am pleased to announce that an additional currency has made its way to the city.
The virtual currency is called tickets and it’s acquired by playtime. Tickets can be redeemed for various rewards within the city. These rewards can range from free EDM/PDM vehicles, cash, items, or even free donation packages such as Gold.How Does The System Work?
Tickets can be obtained by simply logging on and playing. Every 12 hours you earn a ticket, however, to obtain that ticket you must be actively online for at least an hour. Tickets will eventually span out to be used for other activities within the city as well.The Referral System
Tickets will also be awarded to those who invite individuals into the city. The referral system gives each individual a unique code that they may share with others. These referral codes can be redeemed via a command which will reward both the player and the referrer.Commands & Information
