It means the server you are playing on has resources that it hasn’t paid to use (or subscriptions have expired).
It also happens if your clock in Windows is set incorrectly, since it checks the wrong expiration date 
Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time > Sync clock. You can also set it to sync automatically from there.
