I am not able to repair the car without it breaking down the next second. Whether it’s with txAdmin or with a repair kit, it doesn’t work anymore.

There aren’t a lot of those out there 
First of all this will get an update soon and second: There is an export you have to use to properly fix the vehicle. Otherwise it will try to resync the damage.
No I use no deformation script.
Then I can only assume that you are using another script that comes with that feature.
It is just that it looks exactly like mine when it applies the damage.
Maybe your garage has something built-in?
I don’t use warp script, I’ll look in my garage script and let you know
