I have a guide right here on the forums that tells you how you can make your lights brighter.
This should work perfectly fine how-ever this is client sided. That means that if you install this only you’ll be able to see this. If you know the owner or if you are the owner and you want EVERYONE to have the same brightness you can refer to this post I made specifically the DIM Lights section
