Help with fivem Banner

Hello
I want to ask if I want to set my own banner on my fivem server, even after restarting the server it won’t be there, and yes, I have it in server.cfg (this is how I have it)

 #logo/banner
load_server_icon esxLogo.png
sets banner_detail "https://i.imgur.com/Od7c64i.gifv"
sets banner_connecting "https://i.imgur.com/Od7c64i.gifv"

I will be grateful for any help
