[HELP] Vehicles & Player blips lagging at distances

So about around the time GTA released on epic games, on my server we started to notice cars at a distance, and helicopters lagging around as if they are teleporting every 2 seconds forward. Also, with vMenu if we watch the player blips, they do the same thing at a distance. Up close its fine, but at about 200 yards everything seems to start teleporting or lagging around.

This is very obnoxious for sniping and police pursuits as things just teleport around making it difficult to track people. Even when scoped in looking at a vehicle far away it appears the same.

I have went through all my resources and stopped each 1 by 1 and the issue still happens. We have not really changed anything around the time it happened to cause this. Anyone else notice this or have any fixes?
