Hey guys so im trying to make my server run better and am struggling to understand hitch warnings and what not.

the server is running barebones ESX shit but we’ve edited some files shown in those images. Now from what i understand the trace basically tells u that these specific resources are ticking way too much and need to be recoded or run better?
Whereas the mysql warnings in the server console tell u the DB calls or tables that need indexing or better SQL queries?
windows server as well we are running
Any help is welcome!
