Do you have any ipl installed? if not, try installing bob_ipl
and check this.

I can see you are new to the forums next time please don’t hijack other people’s posts and this is usual for antiviruses disable it when using FiveM or add them as an exception. ~Abdou

This maybe caused by an external mod map, try stopping PD Mod Maps resource.
