Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

I tried reinstalling fivem and the same happens… and I tried deleting my gta 5 mods and that didnt work aswell

this error is typically server sided… i have seen this pop up if the server has restarted or if there being ddosed OR you got a bad connection between you and the server.

So there is no way to fix this?..
