[help] Purchased Asset Not Appearing in Keymaster for Transfer

Hello! I understand that some assets and maps are encrypted, which is fine. However, my CFX Key master account isn’t showing a recent asset/map purchase, even though I have proof of purchase.

Here’s the situation: I initially received the asset/map from a friend, which allowed only one transfer. Realizing this limitation, I bought my own copy so I could send it to my server owner to add to the server. However, I still only see the asset my friend transferred to me, and it doesn’t allow further transfers. How can I get this resolved to access and transfer the asset I purchased myself?

Hope someone can help me figure this out I even try to contact the person who made the asset/map and still awaiting for them to say anything.

Congrats, you ran into the stupidest thing that exists between keymaster and Tebex.

You can only have a single license to a single script on a keymaster account at any given time. Since you already got a license on your account, the new one “just vanished” in thin air and you still only have one.

The only way to resolve this is to wait for the store owner to respond so he can clarify this with Tebex (e.g. resend both licenses to the original buyer’s account).

My bad , didn’t know that was an issue with Keymaster and Tebex.

Would kind of make sense if both could actually automatically work together or at least provide an appropriate message publicly.
