I use to have a server and I plan on making a new one however it doesn’t have any police system. I looked for a while, trying to find some scripts and ones I should use but I couldn’t find anything about it. Considering this, does anyone have any ideas?

When you say police system, you mean police job (like esx_policejob), or police interaction menu (like link bellow), or AI cops with wanted level (like in the solo version of the game) ?
Well I would like there to be player cops, not AI.
Okay, so you have esx_policejob (for ESX) , qb-policejob (for QBcore) or interaction menu (like the one I linked in my previous answer) if you want standalones.
If you are just looking for a police based PVE game, FivePD is quite fun. Players are cops with callouts for 911 calls or the ability for traffic stops with AI opponents. There are others, but this one is in active development from the folks at GTA Police Mods.
